The following awards are the acknowledgement of SKEP's work and the recognition of the progress that our team has made over the past 16 years, aiming to create a "Society for All". 

1. Dime Digital Media Awards 2023

SKEP's campaing "Inclusion... This is the norm!" received the second place award in the Best CSR category and the third in the Best Engagement Strategy category!

2. INDIE AWARDS 2023

Inclusion… This is the norm!
Four Gold Awards for a Campaign Out of the Box… But straight to the point!

SKEP’s campaign “Inclusion… This is the norm!” was created by Digital Agency Leoussis a_ and implemented in December, 2022 for the launch of the Disability Awareness Hub www.hoponinclusion.com.

The aim was to question ourselves why we don’t see people with disability around us. But also, to realize that in a world shaped and influenced by our attitudes, we as a society put obstacles in their way, excluding them from daily life

3. SKEP awarded by the Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards 2019

Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards is an institution for dialogue, highlighting initiatives that promote Sustainable Development and support the creation of the Greece of tomorrow.

It emphasizes the promotion of a systematic social dialogue, aiming to create a broader culture on Sustainable Development issues.

On December 19, 2019, SKEP’s “Educational Disability Awareness Program in Schools: Focus on the Person”, was awarded under the pillar ‘Society’,

as an initiative that contributes and supports the Greece of tomorrow.

4. SKEP awarded by the “Models of Excellence 2017”

On November 23rd, 2017, the Prizing Committee of the “Models of Excellence 2017” awarded Non-Profit Organizations at an official event held at the Old Hellenic Parliament. This year, 8 Organizations were awarded, out of a total of 76 competing candidates. 

H.E. the President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos awarded SKEP’s Founder and President of the Board, Mrs. Athena Kritikou. Upon receiving the award, Mrs. Kritikou stressed that "Obstacles can be turned into opportunities, adversity into advantage, and endings into a new beginning."

The “Models of Excellence” competition is organized by the“CITIZENS’ MOVEMENT for an Open Society”. Through an objective and transparent process, informal groups or nonprofit organizations were selected to participate to the competition. These selected groups are not widely known to the general public, but offer considerable and qualitative voluntary work, while acting as creative models for society and especially for the younger generation.

5. SKEP awarded at the 2nd French-Greek Innovation Forum Mazinnov2

On the 10th &11th of November 2017, the 2nd French-Greek Innovation Network Forum "Mazinnov2" took place in Technopolis, with the initiative of the Embassy of France in Greece and the Ambassador Mr Christophe Chantepy. It was an opportunity to meet and listen to major Greek and French innovators and to participate in the Mazinnov2 programs.

SKEP participated in the "Imagine Greece of Tomorrow" series of pitches, where it presented its innovative Disability Awareness Program "Focus on the person" and was awarded with both the Prize in its respective category and the Grand Jury Prize.

"Focus on the Person" is addressed to primary and secondary education students, within the school curriculumThrough an open, informative dialogue held by motivational speakers with disability, the program aims to awaken students and change their attitude towards diversity while introducing them to the notion of social acceptance and equality.

The committee was made up of Greek and French judges: the Regional Governor of Attica Mrs Rena Dourou, the Vice Mayor for Civil Society and Innovation Mrs Amalia Zepou, the  Director of the newspaper "Kathimerini" Mr Alexis Papahelas, the Zolotas House of Jewelry Art Director Mr George Papalexis, the Strategic Advisor at the Olympiacos F.C. Mr Christian Karembeu, the founder of KissKissBankBank Mr Adrien Aumont and Mr Dimitris Siassiaridis founder of Yummy Pop.

The award "The Mazinnov Owl" was created and offered to the winners by the ZOLOTAS House of Jewelry.
